The problem is VBcode and unicode...
For instance, <url=http://www.xn--fdkud2b0965a3fk.net>exchange rate</url> works normally and displays like this: exchange rate but <url=http://www.xn--fdkud2b0965a3fk.net>為替レート</url> does not and displays like this: 為替レート The problems is being worked on.
