Cheers,

I read somewhere, $2.5 trillion is required to cover everything. When most working class tax payers are stretched to the limit, and even state governments are short of money, what's the fastest way to raise $2.5 trillion?

Re: The 'Bailout' and IDN..

We might see some panic selling on Monday.

European leaders just announce that, unlike the USA, managers will be held responsable for firms bankrupcy and shareholders will suffer on their pocket! ops! Abandon ship!

Nikel, you may find this forum less confrontational than other forums. But this is the correct section "General Discussion Feel free to talk about anything and everything in this board."

Welcome to the forums though. If you need some names pm me.

Portugal is probably quite lucky because it didn't participate in the real estate bubble, so it hasn't got as far to fall as the high flyers.

It's reassuring to know tax money is being well spent!:

After Bailout, AIG Execs Head to California Resort
Rescued by Taxpayers, $440,000 for Retreat Including "Pedicures, Manicures"
