I checked your list and was surprised to find that only one of the domains (ابراج) met your original criterion for eligibility of 6k OVT. The others were in the hundreds or less, and one (المنامة) had no score at all.

You can list anything you want on your site, but this seeming contradiction does raise the issue of credibility. I am interested in the current state of Arabic domains and how they rank with OVT and Google scores. It seems to me that very good domains still can command very low OVT scores. Do you agree, and can you tell us what made you choose 6K OVT as a criterion in the first place?
