rubber duck or talk to the toy debugging was taught at NASA in the 1960's.
if you've seen 'Apollo 13' ....chips and machine language code back then on what...
16 K, 32K, 64 K chips and boards etc...

programmers would read their code out load to cardboard cutouts...then go to the conference room to read to prelim then read it to final QA....

basically, Apollo craft would go to the moon and back with the computing power of an
1995 era calculator....
