should I register this domain?

I found an arabic domain where the .com is taken, but .net is available. Overture gives around 4200. Should I register it?

Edit: I will actually register it once I get some cash!

I wonder how sure we are that the .com notoriety has spread beyond say dubai -
the most 'western leaning' arab state.I'm asking this becos I've noticed that some of the real estate sites for eg thepalm.ae have used the arab emirates extension.This could just be a governmental decision to push forward the .ae?Any opinions on the
kudos of .com in Bahrain or Iran etc?

of course not , this is big OVT

I would get the .com at once whether it is crappy or meaningless or anything at this OVT

but to get the .net the name has to be generic or has a good meaning

for example

5910 لخخلمث this word gets around 6000 OVT , it is meaningless
the .net is available by the way but I registered some names .net with OVT less than 100 and left that one

that's why I was cautious while replying
