Congrats to Apple. Now can everyone put away all that hostility from the days when MS was a monopoly and admit that competition is truly glorious!!

I think that is a bit premature. We should wait a while til they drop below 50%.

I think the Russians, and perhaps even the Chinese, are going to make a push for Linux derived systems in the near future, so everything is in play.

It is not inconceivable that the Europeans would not attempt to launch or support an independent OS initiative.

Buy some stocks when Microsoft gets real low!

I would like to see more schools teaching Linux...then I think a changeover would be a lot more welcomed.

i was actually considering switching to linux as a learning experience... i tried before, but hated the interface. looks like things improved much more now!

I think you will find that Russian schools are teaching Linux.
