I was waiting until the トーキョー.net auction ended before listing this one, but since it's been going on for nearly 10 days now and shows signs of going on for another 10 days then I got tired of waiting.

Update (still some unfinished business here):

After a 3-day long round of negotiations via PM, finally resulting in an offer being accepted, the member backed out of the deal because he decided that he didn't like the domain as well as he initially thought. But he was causing a big stink in the トーキョー.net auction thread, and had made several bids there as well...

The member is MDM.
