[IDN.TV]

Hi everyone,

I would like to index IDN.net web page, with links to all my IDNs in google, yahoo and MSN, do you think that it is a good idea. I predominantly own .TVs would it be good . I hardly get any traffic, I have parked my names in Namedrive, Proabably one view for all my IDN domains, while my other domains do pretty well.

Only a very small number of speculators are dabbling in dot TV at the moment. I think it unrealistic to expect much traffic on idn.tv at this time and that development will in any case be required.

I think if you want something big, then go for a dot com but in a currently less popular language such as Hindi, Bangla or Urdu. These have not been heavily speculated as Americans think India is a English Speaking country, Unicode for these scripts has not been around long, and there is not much on the Internet by way of electronic dictionaries.

If you are buying .TV, you must be prepared for a 6-8 year hold at the minimum - buy and forget kind of thing. If you keep thinking about traffic, you will give up after one or two years.

When the demand comes, the price will shoot from reg fee to 1000 to 10,000 times within half a year.

Anime.TV in Japanese sold for over $1K. Right? I think the day is closer that that.

I wish i had a exact % of Japanese Adult Sites Using Dot TV because i can say from what i have seen it the percentage is pretty High , There for Japanese IDN .TV should be up there in the running with Dot Com , I dont know why the japanese prefer to have Adult Domains on Dot TV but they are very abundant. Now with other keywords that maybe a different story but i think if you hold adult japanese IDN.tv that was a wise investment.

I do agree that .tv has made a foothold here within the Japanese market and i'm pleased to hold some strong adult idn's in that extension. I do think that these terms will pave the way for other uses for that extension in Japanese as well. As in so many things, porn will lead the way.
