I always forget to explain with Vietnamese domains, that to check the SERP on http://google.com.vn you should separate the words inside quotes:

kỳnghỉ => 102 results
"kỳ nghỉ" => 1.2 million

If you don't speak the language you may not know where to break the words, but often Google will help you out with the link "Did you mean "xxx xx xxxx?"
