NDX market

Hi All,

NameDrive are delighted to announce the launch of NDX Market, a fully-integrated domain trading platform, and a full relaunch of our domain parking front office.

Building on several years' experience of brokering private domain sales totaling several million dollars, NameDrive now gives all of our clients the opportunity to buy and sell domains on a vibrant, innovative, international trading platform: NDX Market.

Domain owners can list domains as best offer or auctions, both with the added option of setting a BuyNow price – offering the chance to set up your own fixed price domain store.

Domain investors can take advantage of Park&Sell listings which show domains' parking earnings for the last 30 days on NameDrive, giving you the opportunity to invest in domains which are proven to make real cash.

In addition to launching a comprehensive aftermarket, NameDrive has also fully revamped the homepage and parking front office.
Since August 2005, NameDrive has been renowned for innovation in domain management and parking options. NameDrive were the first company to provide folder management for domains, next generation parking templates, full IDN functionality, global optimization preview, individual letter capitalization and more.

The new Front Office takes this innovation to the next level with full per-country statistical breakdown and settings, dynamic navigation, advanced analytical tools, on-the-fly optimization, virtual folders and customizable log in screens among several new features.

Make sure you drop by NameDrive.com soon to check out the new features, list your domains on the aftermarket and look into expanding your domain portfolio on NDX Market.

Thanks,

Aidan

Hi Aidan,

Great Update, Great Visually and easy to use.

I have a question... What source do you use to differentiate the traffic between Russian and Ukraine. Is it by IP address? And I'm wondering how accurate the division between the two countries is.

Thanks,

Phio

Yes this is looking VERRRRRRR NICE!

Maybe we can get some Russian templates built to help bring the CTR up?

Hi guys,

Thanks for the positive feedback.

Phio: It is indeed IP addresses we use to differentiate between countries. The accuracy is very high.

Rosjan: I'm not exactly sure I follow you about changing IP location. Do you mean in the optimization drop down menu?

Keep the feedback coming!

Thanks,

Aidan

Re: NDX market

Thanks Aidan.

NDX is free for a month, then what's price? Fee/%sales/subscription?

Also, have you considered this:
http://www.idnforums.com/forums/2101...namedrive.html

Why is data older than 2 years no longer available? Overcharge on your servers?

Last question: which browsers are 100% fully compatible? I've noticed some issues with Opera.

Aidan,

I ment: Using sites parked on hosts with Russian ip addresses could increase traffic. Is ND going to use hosts in Russia?

Aidan,

what do you think about google de-indexing many (most?) ND parked pages from its index? Any plans to "fight back"?

I'm presuming its a "parking-wide phenomenon" but with most things google, its probably "a bit more complicated than that". I do believe it happened to a domain I moved to google-adsense-for-domain parking as well though :o

Re: NDX market

Is it just that Google deleted ND parking sites temporarily from SERP? It seems to me that the domains have been banned by Google all together.

I can't get them reindexed even after moving them out of ND.

Perhaps the only way to get the domains back in Google SERP is to put up a proper site and beg Google through the Webmasters Tool.

Nah, they haven't been banned. Parking is no reason to ban them. I tried a couple of domains just with "blank sites" and they re-appeared at the top of google very quickly. Might be slower in other countries etc. But when I put google adsense for domains in, they disappeared again!!

If a domain seller opts to show Park&Sell, potential buyers will be able to see their parking statistics for the last 30 days on the domain.

If you are unsure about any particular domain's revenue statistics, we will be happy to verify them for you before you make any offer.

Not really a lot we can do there unfortunately.

You only need to pay a fee on NDX Market as a domain seller if you make a successful sale. NameDrive will then charge a small fee for use of our secure transfer service.

We don't do mass whois checks so don't know when the domains are expiring.

Industry standard is keeping traffic from "Last Year" onwards - some companies normal accounts only see last months stats! Stats pre 2008 can be made available on request.

Works best in Mozilla.

Thanks for the feedback.

Aidan

Still can't search for "IDNs only" in the marketplace. The only IDN related option is "Exclude IDN".
