Crap.  I fear I may have been very wrong.  It appears that it is a very common chinese word/slang for a child. What a parnet would say affectiate to their offspring...嘟嘟 or toot toot.

嘟嘟 just means 'do-do' (in reference to the sound and not the word 'do') and has no meaning to a Chinese.  It's an adjective and not a noun.

I've found out that someone registered 嘟嘟成人網.com, which is 'do-do adult website', and has a higher overture of a million, so you can say that  嘟嘟 is a short form of  嘟嘟成人網.

BTW, the whois for   嘟嘟成人網.com doesn't look like Sarcle's, but it seems to be registered only a few days ago.  I found this rather strange.  Sarcle, do you have another whois other than the one with sarcle email correspondence?
