.net is very popular to arab and comes second to .com

The domains with comments worth holding on and the rest has no value in my opinion

the last two names ... don't let them go for cheap except if you are selling them to me

I think دردشة.com which means chating.com will cover all your loss ( one of the top arabic IDNs ) from overture also it is generic and nice

If the dream of IDN happened I expect to see دردشة.com goes for low XX,XXX$ easily

I guess i'm lucky to get 2 nice ones out of 3 registered.  I only went for Arabic .com with OVT >2000, so I was hesitant at first on whether to register the .nets (i fact, i missed out on اغاني/songs.net (OVT 32K) - it was still available after i found it, but was regged a few days after ).

one of the things that made .net very popular that some very popular arabic sites are .net

like www.aljazeera.net who failed to get their .com after a case in the court

they also lost the IDN of them ;D

Besides OVT, i also consider economic value. 

Like the investment.com recommended by G - it only had an OVT of 152, but i checked many resources, translators, arabic web directories - it's indeed the main word for investment.  Hence, the OVT method will fail for such domains.

If it were an English.com, the word investment.com will not lose to sex.com.  A couple million bucks is peanuts for ML and MS since a medium size deal will earn back that amount.
