Well, that does not tie with my experience in the UK. In many organisations, it would be a sackable offense. Cannot really see that being the norm in a lot of Asian Countries as that particular slot is normally reserved to paying homage to the Corporation God.

Certainly says a lot about differences in business cultures, but doesn't really stack up against US claims on productivity.

I thought this was amusing. It is a plugin for developers to motivate their audience to dump IE6. He says that Facebook and Youtube have announced they would drop support for IE6. I hadn't seen that.
