I like the part where they talk about the .ru domains being reged by squatters in the early days who are selling them today to the Russian market at high prices and how the .rf is the solution to sybersquatting and in reality they are doing the same thing and making Sh*tload of money from it.

Yes, that's my thinking. If they get a lot of applicants for generic domains, they might decide to stick to their original 10 million price tag and we'll have a bunch of $300K+ IDN sales on April 20th.

But make no mistake - the demand is clearly significant. Heck, rainbow.rf got 5 applicants during the sunrise period.

Exciting times for sure. 5 applicants for rainbow; was that in the video? Think of how many applications they must have for all the top terms? I'm predicting they'll start at 300k.

.рф and Icann seem to be on a collision course at the Nairobi meeting. Icann has all but called out Russia in their last blog post and Russia is only speeding up. Can't wait to see what's in store.
