DOMAIN SALES AND AUCTION RULES: v1.0 (updated March 24, 2012)

1. Sales or Auction Terms
Sales or Auction Terms MUST be clearly listed on first post of sale with at least 1 domain listed on thread title in Unicode. Terms of a sales thread CANNOT be changed once a buying offer is placed. An auction or sale remains open until item(s) are sold, or seller posts "Closed"; or 45 days from original post, whichever comes first.

2. Listings and Bidding
All IDNs listed must specify LANGUAGE, UNICODE and PUNYCODE in sales listing. A good faith translation should be provided by seller.
Maximum font size for posting of sales is font size "4" without Moderator approval in advance.

Bidders to include at minumum Unicode and Punycode on all auction or multi domain sales threads.

All bids MUST posted by a member; no Stealth posts ie. "Bid was sent via PM"; bids must posted by a member and be plainly visible to all participants.

Auction ending time must be clearly stated: ie “auction ends 48 hours after last bid”; if not listed it will automatically default to a 48 hour after last bid ending. AUCTION ENDING TIMES MUST BE CLEARLY SPELLED OUT, THERE IS NO "SELLERS OPTION" TO END AUCTIONS EARLY ETC. No bids are permitted beyond the announced or default termination of the sale. Sales without bids automatically terminate 7 days from original post unless continued by post of seller.

3. BIN and Reserves
BIN price for portfolio or packages are only valid until the first bid has been made on the group OR any individual domain within the group.

BIN prices for individual domain auctions must be stated at the start of the auction and cannot be changed once a bid is placed. BIN prices may ONLY be adjusted on domains without any bids.

Reserve price must be announced when thread is posted, otherwise it is assumed to be a NO RESERVE auction or sale. Reserve price maybe lowered at the discretion of the seller at anytime during an auction.

Minimum Increment Rule/Default increments: All minimum increments must meet the following guidelines for starting prices:
$0 to $10 - increments of $1
$11 to $50 - increments if $2
$51 to $100- increments of $5
$101 & up- increments of $10.
If no increments are set by seller then sale or auction will automatically default to above amounts.

Should this not be done, or it not be noticed until "after the fact" it will be reviewed by the Moderator staff and a decision rendered. addendum to article 7 :
primary(or prime), secondary, tertiary, etc. is normally used to denote the popularity of a term online, it does NOT guarantee that the term is also the official translation.
