Interesting read. But I think many people registered TM in English, and they made money out of them until they were asked to give them to the TM owners, and when they refused, they had to go to courts. So I think it's a general trend.

However battling for TM will be harder in the arab countries as mentioned in the article since many of the company names are generic names.

Thanks aboujouj for reading . people are dreaming of a big company offering them $$$$$ for their domains . TM in arabic countries will be hard for TM holders because courts take very long time to end a case.
