Is this "The hosting"? Is this word used by itself? I did some research, and it always come with a name, e.g. The Syrian Hosting, The Arab Hosting.

yeah this is the term for hosting with "the"

it is used and well-known by arabic domainers and webmasters

Ic, i was confused as hosting also had the 'l' at the front. Seems that when there's a 'l' at the front, a loop is added to represent 'the'.
