Class: 35 Business consulting and information services; value-added reseller services, namely acting as a reseller of computer software and information technology services; sale of digital certificates; purchasing, administration and management of digital certificates
Class: 42 Providing information, consultancy and advice in the areas of technology, computers, computer networks, software, websites, computer network and web traffic, anti-virus and anti-spam products; technical support services; website development services; website hosting services; file hosting using geographically disbursed content servers (including a content distribution network)

The Whois® trademark applications were all conducted on the new Whois® trademark registration platform available now at http://www.whois.com.au/trademarks

The Whois® trademark registration platform is powered by online trademark registration provider Remarqueble.

“Your brand acts as a signpost – it’s how customers keep coming back to you. Don’t protect your brand and all your hard work could end up pointing customers to a competitor. Only a registered trademark gives you legal ownership of your brand; making it simple, cost effective and fast for SMEs is a real break through”.

“We’re delighted to be working with Whois to provide online trademark registration services” said Remarqueble co-founder Ben Lehman.
