Yes, it was indeed a sale.
Just checking my emails.
Escrow proceedings were initiated, on September 19th, 2010
I sold the name to someone representing a
company out of Las Vegas.
The Whois will confirm this.

So you saying you didn't know it was a Las Vegas company when you sold it, they went through some inbetween to keep the price as low as possible? Anyhow, $10K is $10K !!

Yes, I wasn't aware it was a Vegas company till today, when I checked the Whois.
However, I can tell you he was a very good negotiator.....we went at it for 3 weeks till we were able to bring it to a conclusion.
I still would not have done the deal on my end, but my wife kept mentioning how badly she wanted to go on a vacation.LOL

He's just the guy that helped the buyer form the LLC isn't he?
Anyway, I'm confused, good sale regardless. Shame casinos are illegal in Thailand :p
