Baidu has a browser

I'd be interested in a review from one of our natives here.

"Baidu Browser uses IE for web browsing and Webkit for applications."

Has got lukewarm reviews so far, but anything that can get more people using something other than ie6 has to be good.

poor compatibility for html5. not sure how it handles IDNs as it's only available on Windows. Anyone wanting to give it a try can download it from: http://liulanqi.baidu.com/

Thanks. Be interesting to hear about more testing, and if there is an auto complete feature on the URL line.

Not likely - maybe something got lost in translation.

Can't imagine such a lame Baido strategy of just skinning IE. Then again, there's only one major browser that only runs on Windows....

Whatever happened to the Red Flag linux distro?
