Eaststar Air Company is the first private air company in central China and the bigest private air company of China.
If the 东星航空公司.COM sale out,i will pay 30% to the broker.
U can mail to me if anyone want to do this .

Under current rules, in .com, the company can take away the name easily. Don't register company names in .com

I doubt that most chinese companies will know how to enforce their rights with WIPO.

And it will be very unlikely that the company wants the domain (since name grabbing and impersonation is so common in China, people are very tolerant of others assuming their identity), and they could always use Pinyin or CN, but in the end, should it really want that name (they must really want it since transfer is by trust - i do not know if there's escrow in China - and trust is hard to come by in such a situation), they would probably negotiate a price, maybe a couple thousand RMB, that they can pay.

In other words, a lot of effort and little reward - at least for Westerner IDNer. It will be more productive to register good generics in various languages that can be sold for the same price or even more.
