Registering an IDN.cn domain
Never before even looked at regging a .cn domain, but I found some that I am interested in.

However, I was wondering if there are any restrictions or such. The last thing I want are any problems because I wasn't "allowed" to reg the names.

If anyone can reg an IDN.cn domain, can you point me in the direction of the cheapest place to reg them.
