Question Does this mean 'envelopes'?

This is only my second Japanese IDN - Google says 'letter pack', I'm guessing it's the same as envelopes?

i think 封筒 is envelope(s)

yours seems to be more about the tougher cardboard envelope

It's a postal service product of Japan Post. You can see what it's like by checking google images. BTW, this word レターパック (transliteration of "letter pack") is a TM of Japan Post.
