This domain pulls up all kinds of businesses, blogs, travel, money, asian info., etc. using Google US and Google.jp. It holds very high marketing/income potential in the future and is simply a great generic domain for serious IDNers. Therefore... I will consider serious offers (via PM only) starting in the $X,XXX range. I posted this thread in IDN Appraisals via rules from Olney... I didn't post actual listing price because I want to reserve the right of accepting/rejecting highest offer. I will only let this rarity go for the right price so feel free to PM me your finest offers.

When/If we reach a mutual price... upon sale I will give buyer choice of keeping it private, or listing final sales price via IDNForums and/or DNForums if they wish to do so. Let the games begin...

I would think a continent domain would probably work great as a travel site. Interconnection among asian cultures, travel among asian countries, it's a no-brainer. In fact, probably one of the few continents where such travel is commonplace. No time for development or I'd grab it myself.

I think it is a no-brainer if you own アジア.net or .com with 12605 ovt. What grubstaker is offering is a less common form of "asia" with half of that ovt. Not saying it doesn't have value but I hope buyers would research that before putting in a bid at that price range anyway.

Same with 亞細亞 in Chinese, it was used quite long time ago but is now obsolete.

The practical term for Asia is 亞洲, "亞細亞" is only used to name a company or a an event etc...
