Better question, what would someone be willing to pay?
It seems the market for resale is still soft simply because (1) there is still too much good stuff out there to reg...ie the recent real estate and hotel booms, (2) there are a good few Chinese idners putting forth idns where they are happy to profit $20, $30 or $40 on good Chinese idns they can find with local language skills. $20 is probably equal to $100 if you compare cost of basic goods and services in China, versus Europe or the US.

学生カード is a Japanese term, short for "学生専用クレジットカード". I am not sure if the term is that popular or not in Japan.
