Indeed. But the need to advertise does not go away.

What it means is thar it is going to be ever more crucial to have your own site and get it seen either by Search Ranking or Direct Navigation.

For me, on reflection, this is a big plus.

Many people can't stand when decisions are made for them. But sure logical deep linking makes sense and is useful. Not an end game.

Absolutely.

I have decided not to be further involved in Social Networking. I have not been for at least the last five years.

I hate all the junk mail invites.

Not sure there is anyway you can ever get uninvolved, but to me the likes of Zuckerman are no more than common criminals.

The Right to Forget is probably even more important than the Right to be Forgotten.
