Not sure what the date changes are but SOMETHING'S changed as of 16 May 2016.

There are changes to the .コム sunrise attachment, dated 5/3/2016, addressing the ability to transfer names during the Priority phase.

There may be other changes, but that doc. seems to be where they are.

I don't have the old attachment, but I don't recall this part being in there:

4.1.3 In the event a transfer of an Existing .com/.net Second Level Domain Name to another
Registrar (the “gaining Registrar”) is initiated (e.g., for the purpose of a Qualifying Priority
Access Program Applicant registering the Matching Second Level Domain Name through the
gaining Registrar as set forth in Section 4.1.2(ii) above), Verisign requires up to forty-eight (48)
hours from the time the gaining Registrar becomes the registrar-of-record for the Existing
.com/.net Second Level Domain Name for the transfer to be reflected in Verisign’s systems as
necessary for the Qualifying Priority Access Program Applicant to be able to register the
Matching Second Level Domain Name.

The TM Claims period was to close 11 Sep 2016 but has now been extended to 10 Mar 2017.

WTF is THAT all about?

How can they make a claim if they have not had a chance to blag the TM system?

Mean while domestic registration are going into Overdrive.

At this rate the battle with IDN.com might actually materialise.

Nothing to do with TM. They are obviously just stalling avoid another failure. Or may be just pulling the plug on IDN.IDN

Seems like Verisign has a bunch of retards with their heads cut off running the show.

Maybe they fuc**ed up so badly, they need a re-do, in order to do a proper roll out.

My hope is they would also have a re-do on a proper promotion of the extension, to help give this TLD a little awareness and increased interest - which at the moment is very thin.
