Hello,
Can someone please explain why some of the domains in Chinese have the idn.idn for .cn like in the blue example of the print-screen, and some don't have the idn.idn for .cn

It's been a while, so someone can correct me if my memory is wrong, but...

CNNIC made a half of an attempt to link .cn to .中国 by offering the .IDN to only those who owned .cn for a short time, then decoupled them, so that anyone could register the .cn or the .中国.

So, essentially they wound up decoupled just like Verisign's .com IDNs, except IIRC they offered the IDN at a steep discount to get the ball rolling, then jacked the price up for year two.
