CTR at parking and Tier1

at my parking out of top 15 CTR domains (with click through rate from 100% to 175%), 12 are with Tier 1 advertiser blocked, which means clicks are >1 cent; Most clicks are not paid at all.
They are not marked as adult, nothing like that; Most of them are fantastic domains with good traffic.
Is this a coincidence? WTF?
