Indian Government announces email service for officials in English, Hindi

Not quite sure how to interpret this news article but it is a big and positive initiative for IDNs. The article seems to imply that each of the 5 million government personnel will have a Hindi email address. I guess we will have to wait and see how it develops.

more than eai, webassembly makes the idn a lot different and faster like shaking ground.
