re: CRYPTO CURRENCY THREAD- Bitcoin breaks $50K
Yes so good rate to sell wot
But all news about 1 btc to be 250k$ in 2025 and 400k$ by 2030
Also heard that some wealthy people who want many paid yesterday 22k$ for the single btc when value was 19k$
Anyway who knows
But btc still very good investment
I sold all mine in last 5 years
But I got about 2btc from my dan.com domain sales in past 7 months For 20k$ domain sales, didn’t sell them and now they worth about 38k$+

BlockFi is going to offer a Bitcoin Rewards Credit Card, and in the near future, customers will be able to earn cashback on their spends in BTC. Dubai and many major cities have already started adopting their city management using blockchain powered solutions. So the future looks more promising and broader than what the investors like me were thinking in the early days. Elon Musk has shown his liking for bitcoin in the past, but that liking has now turned to a real-life investment. Tesla on last Monday announced that it invested $1.5 billion in Bitcoin.
Despite being delisted from several markets, XRP and of course BAT are on my radar for quite long time. The best time to buy Ripple is now, while the price is still quite low and affordable, especially in comparison to other coins available on the market today. BAT is on the other hand, the favorite coin of content writers, web developers, PR and marketing people, and some IT sector professionals. Developed by a co-founder of Mozilla Firefox, this cryptocurrency has a lot of respect in insider circles and is continuing its steady growth each year.

lol. BAT is one of the few coins that I own and one of my favorite projects but it has had the worst price performance compared to my other coins so far.
It will have 50 million users EOY and possibly 100 million end of next year.

Not surprising. Cryptos are the most volatile digital assets ever known, and even bitcoin is not an exception. Neo was trading at 10 cents in 2016, and in Aug 2017, the price was almost $50 a coin. On Jan 2018, the price was the highest, at $200 a coin. On Dec 2018, the price took a deep dive and a single neo coin was traded at $6. Now a single coin is trading at $43.
Unlike domains, with cryptos we don't have to worry about yearly renewals. BATs are far better than domains. If the price is low, buy more and hodl. When the price spikes, sell few, buy few, hodl the rest and repeat. Enjoy the ride.

lol.. better not ask me for crypto investing advice. I don't think my picks have performed better than the general market so far, I am somewhat up against BTC but not other altcoins like ETH.
Could as well have thrown darts.
I am currently looking at LTO which in my opinion could be undervalued.
TRAC and ENJ are interesting as well.
I also like BAT but it has underperformed so far but I think one could hold this one for a few years as usage is constantly growing.
Most of the action is in DeFi(decentralized finance) related coins so far. This is where people make the most gains at the moment.
Based on my experience so far I wouldn't expect my list to outperform but that's what I am currently looking at for what it's worth

re: CRYPTO CURRENCY THREAD- Bitcoin breaks $50K
From reading, these seem to be the most popular, not necessarily good investments. Any thoughts on which might have an advantage over the others for the future. They are in no particular order.
Bitcoin (BTC)
Ethereum (ETH)
Litecoin (LTC)
Cardano (ADA)
Polkadot (DOT)
Bitcoin Cash (BCH)
Binance Coin (BNB)
Stellar (XLM)
Chainlink Token. (LINK)
Binance Coin (BNB)
Tron (TRX)
OriginTrail (TRAC)
Enjin Coin (ENJ)
Basic Attention Token (BAT)
TetherUS (USDT)
Dogecoin (DOGE)

Re: CRYPTO CURRENCY THREAD- Bitcoin breaks $50K
The increased of this dogecoin from $ 0.01 to 0.06 was only due to Elon musk comments or surprising tweets
It is a currency that started as a joke, but I can confirm that Elon Musk has something here at dogecoin
In the end, the huge rise & increased in Bitcoin during the last 6 months was mainly caused by the investment of a number of important famous/wealthy names in the currency and surprising statements or tweets.
Elon Mauk, investing a billion and a half and accepting the currency to buy cars from Tesla, the buying in big and large amounts like Michael Saylor who invested billions dollars Buying bitcoins
Notice: saylor is the seller of Voice.com domain name highest recorded domain sale now which he sold it for 30 millions$ as a domain alone without website or business included
And with after this , the new players ( buyers) from as banks, and famous holdings, lending corporations buying the currency made it one of the most interest invest for new millions investors
Anyway, u should know popularity, famous, new players, always a reason make any currency growing , not main reason but a reason
