Korean Appraisal/Help Needed

I recently was looking around some Korean sites, and I registered the following:

높은서울.com

It means "Hi Seoul" which is the name of a festival in Seoul, and has also been adopted as the "motto" or slogan for Seoul, from my understanding. Is this correct? Do you see any value in this name? It doesn't get many results back from Google and no OVT...

Yeah, I thought that as I was typing the question, but I guess my main question is, can anybody give me some background on this, or confirm if my domain is on the right track? I mean, it may not be widely searched for, but might it be worth sitting on at this point, or is it something I should drop when I can?
