I believe both terms mean Venture Captial, and have seen Chinese website using both terms.

风险资本 seems more common unfortunately only have the .net in that

Opinions on if they both have value? or do either?

风险资本 is better than 冒险资本, but 风险基金 is more popular.

Some value but not a lot.
