I am aware of the serious resemblances in Chin. Trad. and Simp. chars, but didn't know there were so many Japanese variants also!

投資 is trad Chinese too and its variant is simp Chinese 投资. I don't understand why there are variants for the Japanese terms.

Some of those terms are weird for being used as a domain name.
"Kaitori" doesn't exactly mean "purcase". It's more like "buy out" and is used only in specific industries.
"Osumai" as "house" doesn't really work. It is a polite term and never used to refer to your own house.
"Naraigoto" isn't exactly "lesson" either.
