No, he just a scam merchant that is trying to con people. Voip.com is a highly valuable name. Substitute the "O" with one from a different script then it is worthless. Of course not everyone will necessarily now that. Buy worthless crap for nothing, sell to the uninitiated for a small fortune, then leave the Country! It is well tried and test business plan. I don't think what he is doing is actually illegal either. The only thing that is clearly misleading is the ascertion that are High Value, and that is nothing more than that an ascertion.
