Wouldn't it have just been easier to relocate the original thread with all the reply posts on it from your members - to the news section?

Can I suggest that if your ego feels the need to be seen to start the thread on important news like this, that you at least put the time and effort into monitoring current events, instead of simply riding on the coat-tails of others.
