Flipping Russian was always going to be problematic because of the huge numbers of terms that exist grammatically, but are currently considered of no value for IDN. Most buyers do not have sufficient understanding of Russian to be sure they are getting value for money. This is in stark contrast to Chinese where grammatical rules are not even an issue. If there is going to be a healthy market in Russian domains, it will probably have to be led by Russian buyers.

as a native russian speaker i need to say that you are wrong if you think so.

it's a good domain and it has strong branding opportunity for a popular web project. can be used as a portal for everything new (new products(!), news, new sites, new anything, new everything, new .......... )

this domain: новое.com (new for "it") is better than other versions of this word: новая (new femalized) новый (new masculine) новые (new in plural).

stats are probably given for новый (new masculine) as yandex somtimes doesn't differ the word forms or singular/plurals.

with all that being said i wouldn't consider it as premium one at this moment because there are still many better one word (searchable meaningful nouns) russian idn domains available.
