Real Estate Chinese IDN Appraisal Please!

Over the past week looking for half decent IDN domain names has been like sucking ice through a straw! I registered these two tonight, please let me know what you think:

房主.com
I believe this means Home owner, but the more popular term is 房东
Baidu (As always ""):4,510,000

租费.com
This is like rental fee.com (you might see it as rent.com thought there are more popular terms i.e.租金) for any of you guys who want to register 月租费(monthly rent) it's still available. This is applicable to mobile phone rentals, furniture rentals, housing rent etc etc.
Baidu: 641,000
