I think this was my first Korean reg. I had thought about dropping this one because the traffic is fairly non-existent. However, the ND Korean page shows a lot of native ads. I don't have the Korean language skills to develop a site around this, so I welcome suggestions. Keep or drop?

You should get a native speaker to let you know if it has good potential as a website or to truly get some traffic. With ovt of 1000 there is a good chance you will get enough traffic to make holding it worthwhile. I notice a few World Cup and sports related sites, but none with this symbol as the "title" which would IMO make it worth holding at least for another year.
