Forum Signiture rules

I've implemented a modification to the board for Signitures

1. Members must have 20 post before their signiture will appear.
2. Signitures only appear on your first post
3. Signitures only appear for post with more than 10 words.

There will be a few members who will bypass these rules those of you who graciously donated to get the site up to this point will bypass these rules. I will have to go through & do this for you tomorrow. I need sleep...
