Yup, the WHOIS is quite confusing - there seems to be a few different WHOIS results in that list.

Actual traffic on Arabic names seems to be higher than you might expect. but there are very limited options for parking them at the moment due problems with right to left scripts.

This is a good point, which may explain to some extent the high levels of traffic on the Indic Script domains. Some of those are just about as Generic as it gets.
