PPC in general is dying off - this is not an Indian problem. Witness people on all the forums complaining about endless $0.02 clicks.

I have around 50/60 developed .in and .co.in names now and get anywhere from 5 cents to $1 clicks.

Getting well-ranked in the Indian versions of Google and Yahoo is roughly, oh lets say.... 100 times easier than acheiving a similar feet in .com versions of the search engines.
