Post Should bots be allowed to post?

Every so often, we see a post that looks exactly like the following.

I have come to think that the poster is not a human but a bot spamming this and other forums promoting these names.

Should these kinds of bot/spam posts be allowed on the forum?

Several key features of these kinds of posts:

1. Requests reply to email address, rather than through the forum, because the poster never bothers to visit the forum for real.
2. Posts the same thing over and over again on different forums.
3. Uses the same template to promote different domain names, posting every so often.

Also, some posts make the use of non standard English, typical of spam that tries to avoid spam filters.
Frenz,

Had XXXXXXXXXXXX.COM registered quite a while ago and wanted to sell it before feb 2007 for the best price you can offer.

Any offers plz send to offer@XXXXXXXX.com.

Grazie
