Snapnames screwing up?

Usually around this time for the domains it says "Acquiring Domain" - Now it just says Dropping August 17th. However I see an hour ago Oregon Names (Snapnames) caught it.

Does this mean that snapnames is keeping it for themselves or do I have to wait a bit.

I do know that if you out-snap the snapper the name remains in your account showing as 'Acquiring Name'...

I had one take overnight (or at least it showed up the next morning). Message was same "acquiring domain". Maybe some days they are just swamped getting everything done and transferred. I also have had some requests that they don't end up acquiring at all.
