I think there's a lot missing
1. What's the value of the market of the keyword
2. Is it the main keyword that describes a valuable product or service (generic term)
3. What is the advertising budget of that industry
4. What types of advertising does that industry do?
5. Is it a competitive term?
6. How many companies can you see effectively using this domain?
I think when you start getting C grade or D grade domains OVT & stuff like that help. Or generally when selling to resellers.
Value should be placed on the actual term first.
The generic terms that most of you guys hold are A & B grade domains. I'd advice looking at the total market. Most of us doing sales now aren't doing this because it's just selling for renewal costs, or to get more domain etc. But commercial value should come first always.
