Dear Valued Partner,

We regret to inform you that Network Solutions(r) will no longer provide multilingual domain name registration services or host multilingual domain names as of February 28, 2004. Domain name registrations and services not affiliated with multilingual domain names will not be affected.

The .org registry, Public Interest Registry, has also announced that it will be deleting legacy multilingual domain names, which are RACE encoded, from its registry database on February 1, 2004. Network Solutions will be deleting them from our systems on that date as well.

If you wish to continue any of your current .com and .net multilingual domain name registrations and related services, you will need to initiate a change of registrar for those .com and .net multilingual domain name registrations in your wholesale account to a registrar that provides and will host multilingual domain names (MDNs). You must transfer your .com and .net multilingual domain name(s) and related services to another provider prior to February 28, 2004 to avoid the deletion of your .com and .net multilingual domain name registration(s) and related services.

The existing term of your domain name registration will not be affected by this change as long as you transfer your multilingual domain name(s) prior to February 28, 2004. All .org multilingual domain names will be deleted out of our system February 1, 2004, and .com and .net domain names will be deleted February 28, 2004.
