Maybe similar to services provided by "escort service" in the US. Most that work are of legal age.
Many are hired for bachelor parties (male friends party for the groom the night before his wedding).
We also have "massage parlors", "lingerie parlors" and "aroma therapy parlors" that while some are legal,
most are fronts for escort type services.
