Is it possible to limit the no. of threads that a member can open a day for this section? The recent number of new threads opened by a memer for chinese IDNs is almost alike to spamming. It seems that members can list an 'infinite no.' of threads which does not allow enough time for discussion before going on.

It is Spamming, the Chinese section has been cleaned up.
This usually doesn't happen.
