IE7 Russian Released
A fully Russian version of Internet Explorer 7 was independently released by Russian programmers for download, and has been available at least since November 3.
At the same time, Microsoft has delayed the official release of localized IE7 versions in many languages, including Russian, reportedly due to racism.
