Body Shop is also a major company in the u.s. that I think has abroad locations also. Potential TM.

I think it is actually called The Body Shop. In English, Body Shop can also be somewhere you get your trashed car rebuilt. Sounds Generic enough to me but I would probably take $10K rather than risk WIPO.
